How to use the service

Step01 Please check the current location of your car.
If you do not know the address, please use MAPS.ME or Google Maps and get the latitude and longitude and tell us.
For MAPS.ME
On the map, press and hold the current location of your car and set up a pin. Then the latitude and longitude will be displayed in numbers as shown on the right, surrounded by a red frame.

Step02 Please call the above-mentioned foreign language line.
For non-Japanese speaking customers, the interpreter service provider and the Daido Fire operator's phone line are connected simultaneously, allowing real-time communication with Daido Fire personnel.
* Languages supported are English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean.

Step03 Daido Fire Yui Yui Support Center will ask you about detailed location, condition of your car, etc.

Step04 Please pack up your belongings so that they can be picked up at any time in case your car is transported.

Step05 Daido Fire affiliated contractors will arrive at the scene to transport your vehicle and provide first aid services.
Requests at the time of accident reception
Daido Fire will ask you the following questions about your accident. Please call us with the information ready.
Information required to confirm your contract
- If it's a rental, the name of the company that rented the car
- License plate number
Example: (1) "Le" or "Wa" (2) 1234
Information on accidents
- Injuries
* Please also provide the name and contact information of the injured person, if any. - Have you reported it to the police?
- Is your vehicle drivable?
- Name and contact information of the person driving your vehicle
- Date and time of accident
- Location of accident (if you do not know the address, please provide latitude and longitude)
- Damage to your vehicle and its condition
If there is another vehicle involved in the accident
- Name and contact information of the other party involved in the accident
- Other party's license plate number (4 digits only)

Daido Fire will ask the following questions to arrange roadside assistance. Please call us with the following information.
Information required to confirm your contract
- If it's a rental, the name of the company that rented the car

Information on the status of the vehicle
- Name and contact information of the person driving your vehicle
- Date of the incident
- Location of the incident (if you do not know the address, please provide latitude and longitude).
- Is there enough space around your vehicle (front, rear, left and right) for a standard car?
- Is the vehicle drivable?
* If you are unable to drive yourself, please tell us the transport destination. - The condition and symptoms of your vehicle's malfunction (e.g., battery failure, flat tire, wheel fell off, etc.)
If there is another party involved in the accident
- Name and contact information of the other party involved in the accident
- Other party's license plate number (4 digits only)

- Please report the cause and details of the malfunction to the rental company as well.
